  • Stolen (Interview questions)

What do I want to do with my life? I want to teach. What can come out of me as a teacher? Is that who I really want to become? Well, that's an interesting topic. Maybe I should figure it all out in words for the rest of my Spring Break instead of wasting my time. Someday this question pops up and I'll be dumbfounded, that will be bad, very bad, really bad.

Q1. Why did you decide to become a teacher?

A1. The heart of educating others while educating oneself:
    --- Share experiences
--- Share the love to those whose parents may not be available to teach and help their children

Q2. How do you present a new word to a class?
    --- Share the tricks

Q3. What is your educational philosophy?
Immerse myself: keep up with the language, especially since it is not my primary language
Importance of knowing another language: encourage and push forth

Q4. If a student came to you and said, "None of the other students like me," what would you tell him/her?
Show that each and every one has his own strengths and weaknesses, talents and downfalls. That is what makes us all unique.

Q5. How would you rank these in importance and why? Planning, discipline, methods, evaluation.
    Discipline
    Planning
